Counseling Approach

I take an integrative, person-centered approach to counseling. I work closely with a licensed supervisor and consult group of therapists. We’ll begin with a series of thoughtful questions to better understand your needs and start building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

My role is to support you in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings.

While support from family and friends can be helpful, it also has limits. Counseling offers a confidential, unbiased space where you can process whatever comes up. Rather than giving advice or telling you what you “should” do, I draw on evidence-based approaches to help you deepen self-awareness and improve how you experience and respond to challenges.

Whether you’re seeking short-term support or ongoing counseling, it’s important that the process feels right for you. I tailor our work together to your unique needs while maintaining a consistent, confidential space for you to explore your experiences.

Telehealth Sessions

I offer individual and family counseling online via a HIPPA compliant confidential video platform. I aim to provide in-person therapy in the future.

There are immense benefits to weekly counseling for 50 minutes. Therapy is an opportunity to carve out time for yourself every week.
